All purchases made through Paradise Collects are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or other personal preferences.

Please carefully review all product descriptions, photos, sizing information, condition details, and order information before completing your purchase.

Authenticity

Paradise Collects is committed to selling authentic products. We carefully select the streetwear, sneakers, collectibles, and other items offered through our store.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact Paradise Collects as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage or issue. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.

Do not discard the product or original packaging while a claim is being reviewed.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be guaranteed to be canceled or modified once they have been placed. If you contact us before your order has been processed or shipped, we may attempt to accommodate your request, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Shipping Issues

Paradise Collects is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If an order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us so we can assist with the appropriate carrier claim when applicable.
